Everher Refund & Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Conditions
For Orders Within the UAE
- Returns and refunds are allowed within 7 days of receipt.
- A 20 AED shipping fee will be deducted for the return pickup.
- If the original order was shipped with free shipping, an additional 20 AED will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the original order was not free shipping, only the 20 AED return pickup fee will be deducted.
- Returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused, with all packaging intact.
For Orders Outside the UAE
- Returns and refunds are not permitted for international shipments.
- If the order is not received by the customer due to any reason (customs issues, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, etc.), it will be the customer’s responsibility to resolve the issue with the shipping company. Everher will not be obligated to issue a refund in such cases.
- Exception: If the order has any defects or damage, please send images of the product for inspection. If approved, we will proceed with a refund or return.
Return Process (UAE Orders Only)
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at wecare@everhercare.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Pickup Arrangement: A courier will collect the item(s) from you.
- Item Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet the return conditions.

Refund or Rejection:
- ✅ If Approved: A refund will be issued to the original payment method, which may take up to 14 days depending on the bank’s processing time.
- ❌ If Rejected: You will be notified that the return has been declined. You will have two options:
- Request order disposal (Everher will dispose of the items).
- Request order redelivery (you will need to cover the shipping cost for reshipment).
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if:
- The item is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and take necessary action to make it right.
Exchanges (UAE Orders Only)
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed with the new purchase.
Refunds (UAE Orders Only)
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at wecare@everhercare.com.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
In the event that:
- The customer is unavailable to receive the order.
- The delivery is refused.
- The order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
We will issue a refund for the product price only, after deducting any applicable return shipping fees.
If you wish to have your order re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
